10 Awesome Kettlebell Overhead Pressing Variations
ByKettlebells still blow me away with how versatile they are. One of the ways they really shine is with over head pressing. Over head pressing places significant tension on your core which is how the abs are meant to be used. Not like forward flexion like sissy crunches.
Do yourself a favor and get a bunch of them because even though it is an investment up front you wont ever have to go to a gym again. I am coming up with new programs so stay tuned.

What’s the weight of these kettlebells?
August 10th, 2009 at 12:35 pm
why does it matter

well… an answer would have been nice. I guess you think I want to sneer at you. That’s not my intention. You made my wanna buy two of these canonballs but I haven’t made a decision about the weight. There are cheaper things on earth and I don’t want to buy the whole KB gallery.
… and yes, of course the weights you are using in these video don’t need to be the right ones for me. Anyway… if you want to keep it a secret it’s ok too.

I don’t think you want to sneer at me. I just want to make sure you are paying attention to the weights that are appropriate for you…my weights probably wouldn’t be the right ones for you.
beginner males are generally recommended to start with a 35lb kettlebell
it would be easier to just ask the question rather then try to disguise it as something else. Think efficiency

“What’s the weight of these kettlebells?” sounds like a direct question.
No offense intended
However, I ordered 2x16KG and looking forward to reenact some of your nice excercises. Im used to similar excercises from box training but I really need to sharpen my body (reduce weight and get more dynamic).
Thanks for all your vids and stuff – keep it up
