training notes = I am trying out a version of the Warrior Diet today just to see how it would effect my performance. It felt strange training today on an empty stomach (with the exception of coffee) but then again it felt strange transitioning from the generic bodybuilding exercises and splits to training full body functional and hardstyle training.
