300 workout for women
ByThe movie 300 sparked a fitness craze over the internet when people saw how in shape the actors from the movie were. As such a legendary workout came out shortly after which was created for the actor’s in the movie 300 and soon became an internet buzz. This timed circuit was created for men with a strong strength to bodyweight ratio and was designed as a test for strength endurance and conditioning. I have created a modified version of the workout to be completed by women.
start timer
25 recline rows
50 rolling squats
50 pushups from knees
50 box jumps onto a 24inch box
50 leg lifts
50 kettlebell clean and press with a 17lb kettlebell (kettlebell must touch the floor between reps)
25 more recline rows
stop timer
