an ab workout that makes you miserable

So over the weekend was the bachelor party of everybody’s favorite six pack abs expert…see if you can guess who. Well we went down to Atlantic City to party it up that night and the band was great…the drinks were great and a fun time was had by all. The bride to be that I had to sing to them were all in great fun and you just can’t mess with Geo’s haircut.

Well I ended up only having to buy the man of the hours a single drink. Why? Not because I am some cheap skate trying to escape on the bare minimum but because he had a drink bought for him by seemingly everybody in the bar.

Well the next day he had one hell of an ab workout. I don’t mean the stupid crunches or awesome dragon flags but of a much more miserable variety.

Yup its terrible but its one of the things that happens. Over consumption of alcohol forces a contraction of the abs to expel the contents of your stomach. That is hard ab training.

By the way I don’t advocate the over consumption of alcohol.
