When I heard that Craig had come out with this series of videos I was like “Genius! Sheer genius” Why? because it illustrates perfectly why people are still fat despite the fact that they think they are exercising. Check it out CB likes to joke around in this but this really is the way most people (the sissies!) train and they wonder why they still look the same. Robert Kiyosaki once defined insanity as continuing to do the same thing and expecting a different result. Are you insane?

Well if you don’t already know Craig Ballantyne is the author of the book Turbulence Training which is an excellent guide to getting ripped without requiring a gym. Just maybe a basic set of weights is all that is necessary. He also mentored the lovely nutritionist Isabel De Los Rios who wrote the book The Solution which also works very well with Turbulence training. Check them out.

Hi Eric. I just came across your site through twitter and was pleased to see this post. Great recommendation. I can personally testify to the effectiveness of CB’s Turbulence Training. At the beginning of this year I started his program and lost over 34lbs in 12 weeks, plus toned up very nicely, feel sooooo much better, think clearer, and even ended up winning the last contest :) His simple methods really kick in the body’s turbulence effect :)

Yeah Craig’s stuff is solid. And as you may have noticed simple is usually better.
