Jealous much? You should try being less condescending. You think insulting people who've used or use bb products is going to make them do what you think they should do?

Why would anyone want a patronizing narcissist as a coach?

Well, it's good that you do otherwise I would never have tried them.

At this stage in the game the gym was literally killing me. My shoulder hurt, my lower back, my knees...just years and years of lifting and/or weight machines.

Found your oldschoolfitness beginner series of four videos, and currently working through those before attempting fuller routines with the turkish get-up.

Before that I'd only done kettlebell swings and bought one so that I could do the 12 week program at the rockbodyfitness site.

I'm looking for strength, balance, and equanimity...more so, I'm looking for my shoulders, knees and back not to hurt by doing more natural movements vs. those commerical gym exercises which at my age are more akin to putting an old car into a recycling compactor.

I might look about thirty to most people, but my body likes to occassionally remind me I'm soon to be 43. I haven't gotten to do a whole lot with them yet, but them kettlebells beat the crap out of squishing myself between a heavy weight and a bench. ;)
