beware of scams
ByWho can you trust? Me? Maybe, maybe not. It depends on which scumbag hi jacked my after pics.
You see normally there are a few people you could count on for sound advice but with the freedom of anonymity that the internet provides that just isn’t the case anymore. My friend Vince Delmonte who wrote the top ebook for helping skinny guys gain muscle recently posted as a facebook update that someone was using his after pictures in both pornographic websites and in an acai berry scam. Now I know Vince personally. Vince is a well researched professional that believes in every single thing he does. One of the things he had recommended to me is to over deliver info and to not violate anyone’s trust. So now some dickless piece of shit has gone and violated that trust. The backlash for that is people are calling him a “sell out”, “con artist” and all sorts of other things he isn’t.
This has happened to Mike Geary the author of the Truth About Six Pack Abs (I have not met him) and Arnel. Just so you know, this blog is real, my facebook is really my facebook. Those pics of my body transformation are real.
Oh yeah that brings me to another thing. Look at what people can get away with. Can you believe this shit? Note…I don’t know how to do any of that photoshop tricks. The only way I know how to do fast body transformations is through hard training, diet, discipline and the ability to stick to it.
