swings double 16kg kettlebells

clean and press double 16kg kettlebells

turkish getup single 16kg kettlebell
front squats double 16kg kettlebells
snatches double 16kg kettlebells
front squats double 16kg kettlebells

3 rounds
round 1 had 8 reps for the front squats
round 2 had 5 reps for the front squats
round 3 had 8 reps again
turkish getups were done in singles each time
clean and press were 5 reps each time
snatches were 8 reps each time

did the 5 minute snatch test

86 snatches with a 24kg kettlebell (less then last week but that is ok)

I employed that “sock” technique to protect my hands that I learned about in that paperwork that dragondoor sent me. It helped especially since my hands aren’t fully healed from last week.

training notes = the rest intervals were also 30 seconds. total took me I think 15 minutes.
