		<description>Reading this comes at a great time to me. I have to keep reminding myself that I need the eat (the right stuff) in order to reach my goals. I am finding it easier this week to NOT eat than to spend the time and energy to seek out and prepare that good food throughout the day. I am early in my quest towards being fit but this kind of stuff is very motivating to read.
