Get Stronger And Leaner in 4 Weeks pt 1

Warning. I want you to make sure you are technically sound with the single kettlebell drills before you attempt doubles. If you are ready though Enjoy!

I had meant to put instructions on the videos but realized it was a little complex for those short clips. Anyways I want you to follow Training Session A on Mondays and Thursdays

Training session A

front squat after 5 reps I want you to reclean it into the racked position then do 5 more reps (that will help you keep tight and prevent your form from deteriorating)
then do 10 double kettlebell swings
rest 1 minute
repeat that that 5 more rounds

Rest on Wednesdays
