I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS

By

People often times wonder how I became knowledgeable in regards to training.  A big part of that is because I am constantly reading and researching and I know where to go to get the best results.  “The reason I see clearly is because I am standing on the shoulder’s of giants”.

You know I don’t want to sound like I am a mark but so far I LOVE all of the books that I have by Pavel “the evil russian” Tsatsouline. It is a rare instance when you learn something that teaches you that everything you thought you knew about training isn’t the best way. Here is a list of the books that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

ENTER THE KETTLEBELL A brutally simple step to step guide to go from health club wimp into a kettlebell warrior. This was the first instructional material I purchased in regards to kettlebell training and in Pavel’s style. It was life changing.

BEYOND BODYBUILDING (I bought this quite some time ago and am STILL LEARNING FROM IT…Yes it is that packed with info)

THE RUSSIAN KETTLEBELL CHALLENGE XTREME fitness for hard living Comrades. The original kettlebell book and a must for kettlebell enthusiasts and for any “hard living comrade” (for some reason I love saying that…try saying it out loud…you got to admit its fun)

BULLET PROOF ABS This book is where I learned about DRAGON FLAGS which is what I consider the best exercise for the abs. Remember crunches are for sissies.

RELAX INTO STRETCH I showed one of the techniques in this book to a client of mine (who does yoga btw) and it added about 3 or 4 inches to her toe touch stretch in seconds. Her reaction was “Thats bizarre how that works!”

SUPER JOINTS Russian Kettlebell training is as hard core as it gets and even any kind of hard, intense training takes its toll on the body. I do the routine in this before EVERY SINGLE TRAINING SESSION. There is no point on being a badass of you are walking around like a cripple.
