I want it all
ByWhat am I?
That thought had occurred to me as I was surrounded by all these other trainers. You might know me as the ripped abs guy or the spartan style guy or whatever. Well I guess I am those things and I am not those things at the same time. Yes I know a significant amount about fat loss training but there is so much more to me as a trainer then that. I am more of an athlete then that as well. You see I want it all. Having ripped abs and defined shoulders is cool and all but I think training simply for vanity is kind of weak. I would say its akin to having a Ferrari that performs like a Ugo. I am into the performance as well as the looks. Now I am not involved in sports or martial arts any more so what does performance mean to me. I like being able to run fast, lift hard, lift longer and just be
able to do what others cannot. Lets see when people look at fitness there are multiple facets; strength, speed, power, flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning, strength endurance, power endurance, and balance. And even in there there is multiple facets in each one. For example flexibility in the hamstring is different then flexibility in the shoulder girdle etc.. I guess I want a physique that is prepared to go and not just for show. And prepared to go can mean just about anything. I guess that would classify me as a physical culturist. I am in pursuit of physical excellence. I am greedy and I want it all. Is that too much to ask?
