"Isn't it ironic?

Do you suppose they are saving their strength for a squat personal record? I doubt it. My money says they are going to the stair steppers. Isn’t it ironic? Don’t ya think? A little toohoo ironic…yeah I really do think.
So I was driving home from running one of my kettlebell classes last week and was carrying some flyers with me touting the benefits of kettlebell training. When I happened to pass by a small gym named Anytime Fitness. I figured “Hey that might be a good place to spread the pain.” So I stopped by to drop off some flyers. I walk up to the door and grab the doorknob and pull.
It didn’t budge. I pull the other door, same thing. I look up and see that the business hours are over at 7pm and it was maybe 5 minutes after that. ANYTIME Fitness my ass! Why the hell is the place called Anytime Fitness if they are closed at an hour that is one of the most common for people to train??? Isn’t it ironic? Do ya think? A little toohoo ironic…yeah I really do think.
Now here is another one. This was taken directly from Planet Fitness’ (a gym chain that represents that which I hate) website.
“The Judgement Free Zone®
As the most innovative health club brand in the United States, Planet Fitness is known for a lot of things – our absurdly low prices, our lunk alarm, and most of all perhaps, for our Judgement Free Zone® philosophy, which means members can relax, get in shape, and have fun without being subjected to the hard-core, look-at-me attitude that exists in too many gyms.”
Judgement Free? Really? Then what is a lunk? I guess being “hardcore” and “having a look at me attitude” is subject to their judgement. Isn’t it ironic? Don’t ya think? A little toohoo ironic…yeah I really do think.
F___ it. Here is a training session you can do anytime without being judged for being hard core. all you need is your kettlebells and maybe a gym boss timer

Hey… just a comment about anytime fitness. They are actually open 24 hours but only staffed at certain times. Members have an electronic key card that opens the door.

Hi,
I love the above workout it gives me a total body workout. Im performing it with 2x16kg at the moment. I was wondering what is the thinking behind the push/pull/squat/single leg/Full body core, is? I do realise that it works the whole body, but wouldnt just Turkish get ups do that alone? Or is the point variation to keep it from being boring and stressing one part of the body too much? Sorry for the dumbass question I’m a newbie. Thanks.
