its my own fault
BySo I was chatting with my training partner on Wednesday and somehow the topic of the Double Turkish Getup came up. Him not able to visualize it asked me to describe it and I said…”here Ill just show you” So I grabbed the 24kg I was using and the 16kg he was using and proceeded to demonstrate how it would look…only it wasn’t what I had intended.
I had done a double getup in the past with 24kgs in each hand with no problem as you can see in this video so I figured doing it with less weight shouldn’t be a problem. I didn’t anticipate how having 2 different weights might throw me off and not wanting to drop the kettlebell onto me knee when it twisted my shoulder I felt something ripping. So this is a temporary setback caused by my lack of foresight.
Its my own fault :/
