just do it

One of the things people ask me is how I keep motivated. Well truth be told I don’t always feel like training. Some days I feel like sitting there like a bump on a log and just watch tv or something non productive. On these days I either make a concious decision to either make it a recovery day if my training program calls for one…or I hit the training room. Either way it is a conscious act. I don’t always feel like training but I do it anyways. So when people say “I just can’t get the motivation.” I think to myself “Stop being a sissy and just do it.” Pro athletes don’t always feel like training but they do it anyways. Just like a job. You don’t always feel like going in and kissing your bosses ass but you do it anyways.
