Meet Eric Moss

Fan of Rock N Roll
Former Martial Artist
Certified RKC
Practicing Physical Culturist
And Pissed Off At The Fitness Industry For Dispensing “crap”

So you want to know a little bit more about me? Alright then. I first started getting into training in 1998 for wrestling and martial arts. I made a LOT of mistakes in that time which forced a mindset to always continue to learn and gave me a hunger to always better myself physically. I grew up an Arnold movies so I equated being bigger with being stronger and I always wanted to be strong since I was picked on as a kid. Somewhere along the line and my quest of being big and strong I woke up one day, looked in the mirror and noticed that I gained a lot of mass (45lbs), except it was fat instead of muscle. At the same time I parted ways with the gym I was a personal trainer for over differences of opinion. The gym owner thought he was a good guy and I thought he was an a$$hole.

It was not a good time for me.

Around the same time I saw my cousin Arnel do a 16 week body transformation while I was researching kettlebells, sandbags and other methods of unconventional training. I had to do something. I did a 12 week transformation program and got ripped and still remain ripped. Here is how the pictures came out.

I created this blog to educate you and prevent you from making many of the same mistakes that I made, and that plagues the fitness industry as a whole. I hope you enjoy my sense of humor because I try not to make things as serious as others do.

There are some things going around about Eric Moss that quite simply aren’t true.

Myth: Eric Moss does not own any shirts.

Fact: Eric Moss owns plenty of shirts but chooses not to wear them often. If you were ripped like him you might not either. Wearing shirts gets them dirty which necessitates doing lots of laundry. Eric Moss dislikes doing laundry.

Myth: Eric Moss hates ab exercises

Fact: Eric Moss hates crappy ab exercises like crunches and puking. Eric Moss loves dragonflags and overhead presses.

Myth: Eric Moss hates p90x

Fact: I do not hate p90x. The fact of the matter is people using p90x get results…but they could have gotten them with less work.

Myth: Eric Moss does not care about the people that come to him for help.

Fact: Eric Moss is angered when people ask for his advice and ignore it when its not what they want to hear. Honestly if I didn’t care would I get so fired up? And why ask my opinion if you don’t care what I have to say? I want you to succeed at your goals but you need to buckle down and understand that none of this is magical and you really should listen to what I have to say. The ones that do… thank me in the end and the ones that try it their own way usually come back and say I was right all along.

Now for those of you who don’t know me. My name is Eric Moss, your new hero, the defender of Physical Culture and could possibly be the most important thing you discover via your computer screen. You see, the powers that be, lead you to believe that you need their mediocre snake oil to achieve excellence.

Nope.

You need better training and superior nutrition to achieve excellence. And finally you have found the guy to tell it like it is, to piss off the powers that be (because they have pissed me off as well and I fight fire with fire). You want to see how I piss people off? Read what Debby writes in my post about the Shake Weight She is a perfect example of what I find annoying.

You may have been led to believe that you need to do ab exercises to get a six pack.
You may have been led to believe that you need steroids and/or oversize muscles to achieve super strength.

BZZZT! WRONG!!!

What you need is to empty your cup so that I may fill it with a special blend of tea. The tea of new found old skool intelligence in physical culture. Open your mind and listen to what I have to offer…And you will never be the same again.
