nutrition confusion
BySo I was in the bookstore yesterday looking to pick up a bunch of books on nutrition so that the people I train can understand how to eat. Since I am not a nutritionist and can’t really dispense nutrition programs I can only have them read material to make up their own mind.
Anyways I get there and there are a ton of different books. You have books like the Warrior Diet or the Zone, Weight Watchers, Eat Drink and be Gorgeous, Metabolic typing etc. etc. No wonder people don’t know what to do since some of them contradict each other. You got nutritionists and dieticians arguing back and forth about “Eat as much of this food as you want” and “A calorie is a calorie no matter where it comes from” which to me is asinine.
Well people often times get confused with all this bickering about the differences in diets. Instead of looking at what makes them different…instead look at what they have in common. Natural healthy foods is what the successful ones have in common.
