I have been getting messages about my opinions about the show the Biggest Loser and what I would do different. First I would take a more conservative approach to training that would be better for long term progress. The second is that I would have a better nutrition program then the starvation diets they are currently on. This workout is intended for an obese person so most people would probably find it relatively easy.

the only equipment you need is a Kettlebell.

Second would be a nutrition program. Proper nutrition is absolutely paramount because no matter how hard you train you can’t out train the dinner table. These following e-manuals would provide that service. I recommend the following. The Diet Solution and The Every Other Day Diet
