		<description>If people are sick of that &quot;bloated feeling,&quot; maybe they should stop eating crap! While you&#039;re doing your isolated snatches, I&#039;ll be isolating my hams w/ swings, my arms w/ TGUs.

I really want another six pack on top of my six pack,  so I&#039;m gonna isolate my lower abs w/ planks, my upper abs w/ planks, and my obliques w/ planks.

For recovery I&#039;ll have a do-nut and Hershey bar sandwich and wash it down with a bottle of syrup. I love that comatose feeling the insulin spike gives me after a workout.
