Stronger And Leaner In 4 Weeks pt 2

This is the second part in the series.

No Sissies!

This is Training Session B and is to be completed on Tuesdays and Fridays

Begin the session with 1 turkish getup for each side

(a push up
a renegade row on each side
an over head press) That’s 1 rep

Do 5 reps for 5 rounds

Then finish off with a turkish getup on each side

How do you feel a novice trainee like myself can handle this program. What weight kettlebells would you recommend for someone with the following stats? 6’0″ 219lbs. Squat 3x5x270 Bench 3x5x200 Deadlift 3x5x300 overhead press 3x5x45(dumbbell/arm).

How proficient are you in the single kettlebell exercises? Kettlebell training is a different animal then the ones you listed.

Not at all. I have been considering throwing some kettlebell workouts into the mix just to change it up on occasion. I have yet to attempt any kettlebell training yet.

generally 35lbs is the starting weight

make sure you know the singles before you start doubles

I am a girl, 16, 5 feet 4 inches, and 145 lbs. I am just wondering what kettlebell weight I should use? Oh and I have only done a small amount of kettlebell training before and that was about a month ago.
