10 minutes of swings (20 swings 10 breaths)
notes = had a bit of a headache during the clean and presses but that went away when I started the swings. All movements were done with a 53lb kettlebell

5 mins light snatches (5 on one side rest 30 seconds then 5 on the other repeated for 5 minutes)

7 minutes swings (25 reps with 7 breaths between sets) with a 53lb kettlebell
training notes = forearms felt PUMPED after those sets of swings
