those that can't do shouldn't teach…again
Posted by: | Commentsapparently kettlebells were on biggest loser…excellent because when it comes to fat loss kettlebells are probably the best thing there is out there.
kettlebell swings performed by Jillian…bogus. I have not seen it for myself but several other RKC instructors have said she performed them wrong and when it comes to kettlebell training we are the authority whether you agree with us or not.
several people are going to be buying kettlebells with the hopes of losing weight but when done incorrectly like this over influential trainer of the deconditioned they will not receive all of its benefits and may get hurt. I have already berrated you for your use of plyometrics in the obese population but when it comes to kettlebell training…Jillian…if you can’t do it yourself…you shouldnt teach. Once again i am going to post a video on how to do it for the non informed kettlebellerscome on people be responsible…you know who you are

training notes = I am loving the ENTER THE KETTLEBELL program since even though it is a system and by definition is self contained it still allows me the freedom to put my favorite exercises in there. Also I still have ripped abs from the overhead pressing just like Sandow did.
