Kettlebells
Posted by: | CommentsSo I was at a conference this meeting and there was a Russian immigrant there and I had asked them if he had ever used a “girya” (thats the Russian word for Kettlebell) growing up. He seemed blown away that I had asked them that being an American had known what they were. He didn’t know that they are becoming very popular here in North America because of their effectiveness.
At the same time I am reminded of when I had gone through the RKC. On my way to the airport to fly home my cab driver was a Russian. I asked him if he used kettlebells (he didn’t know what they were until I mentioned the word “girya”) He also had no idea.
Well I hope it catches on more because they really are incredible for building strength, burning fat, getting ripped abs, gaining flexibility, and getting unstoppable conditioning.

Now Josh Hillis RKC2 had put an offer out there that if either Bob or Jillian are out in Denver he will teach them kettlebell swings the proper way for free. Bob and Jillian I will also honor that if you happen to be in North NJ. contact me at ericmossrkc@gmail.com
