Terminator 4
BySo I watched the newest installment of the Terminator series and loved it. Its one of those nonstop action movies that seemingly has no slow parts (which I actually could have used cuz I really needed to take a piss).
Its also somewhat how you should structure your workouts. Once you start moving don’t stop until its over. I don’t care how tired you are from your last set keep moving. That doesn’t mean you have to jump into a set of burpees or anything like that but you can just simply walk around while waiting for your next set.
Why?
Because the blood goes back into your heart after it passes through your legs. When you stop moving and sit down or lie down or anything like that its kind of like having a bit of a traffic jam and just like your car doesn’t like city miles as much as highway miles your heart would have to work harder to put the blood back in.
So again when your heart rate is elevated keep moving.
