Jay
I followed something called Macrobolic Nutrition. The ratio was precisely 45% low glycemic carbohydrates 35% protein and 20% fat spread out over 5 meals. That nutrition program represented what I knew about nutrition at the time. As effective as it was it was a hassle to try and get it perfect everytime. I follow more of a warrior diet/ precision nutrition type of approach for maintaining a ripped strong physique.

Xtreme Fat Loss diet is an extreme program that brings results extremely fast. It's only meant to be followed for 25 days or less. The one I recommend is the one you can follow that represents what you need to do for what you want to accomplish.

Eric,
Which type of diet/dietician program did you use to lose your weight over 84 days? What ratio of carbs/protein/fat do you recommend in conjunction with ketllebell and cardio workotu routine? Like the xtremem fat loss diet do you incorporate periods of fasting, moderate carb days, etc into your diet? Thanks

Eric, really appreciate the valuable information but had one last question before i begin my journey. Any books or dvds that have a lot of examples of high intensity kettlebell circuits that i can do or pick and choose from to create my own circuits so that the workouts dont become boring? Just looking for some direction as my previous questions have proven. Thanks.

It depends on what I am training for. Lately since I am already lean I train for maximal strength which means I lift heavy and stay fresh which generally takes a bit longer then a fat loss workout. My fat loss workouts normally range between 15 and 45 minutes. Yours depends on your work capacity and what you are capable of doing. Don't aim for an amount of time. Aim for work per time and change that to what you are capable of doing. Some of my clients train 20mins some train 45mins. Both get results. Just make sure whatever diet you are doing that you stick to it.
