the kettlebell swing

alright seeing that bit of crap yesterday inspired me to film a short video teaching the correct way to do a swing. i noticed that since yesterday Ace has changed their video settings to private since i had planned on video responsing it. oh well there are plenty more instructionals that i can response it to. anyways watch this and hopefully youll learn something.
