Ive been doing it for several months now.
Went for hydrostatic testing and RMR testing a week ago, and I think Im going to increase my calories and see if that helps. I have a feeling my calories may be a little to low.
according to results of the tests I need to lose 12lbs of fat to hit 6% bodyfat.

How long have you been doing it? Don't forget these things don't happen over night.

It was extremely dialed in. Try out the one I did, Macrobolic Nutrition. It is about as precise as it gets and makes you stronger and leaner.

quite a transformation. I dont know how you did it.
Your diet must have been seriously dialed in perfect the entire time.
Ive been doing your kettle bell routine I saw posted on You tube, and dieting for quite some time, but still cant get that ripped.
Im probably stuck around 10% bodyfat right now. Im guessing youre in that 6-8% range. Hope I make it there someday.
Thinking of trying out a keto style diet next week 65/35/5 and see how that goes

Hi Eric,

I liked your rant, it's all very spot on. Anybody that criticizes you for being fit is misplacing their own self loathing. Weak behavior. Self loathing should be redirected to oneself for physical and hopefully mental transformation into becoming a better person!

While nobody has ever criticized me (though I don't make myself very public at this time) I tend to walk around at about 215-220lbs with below 10% bodyfat. That's not hard at all to do. In fact it's extremely easy. It's all from training with bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, and prioritizing protein and vegetables which is sounds like is probably identical to what you do. Wow, imagine that! A magic formula for being ripped. Just live like an ancient warrior/hunter. It's far more tiring to be out of shape than it is to work out...

Anyways, I just watched 300 and the special features the other day because I also find Mark Twight's work with the actors to be inspiring. We were meant to look like the men in that movie. It's our human priority! If someone has got criticism to throw around then they should really ask themselves if they are healthy enough mentally, emotionally, and physically to care enough for another human being and be able to protect them with their life. Principles seem missing in the masses.

"On that note…stop being a damn sissy and get to work" Ditto.
