clean and press left 5 reps
rest 30 sec
clean and press right 5 reps
rest 30 sec
swings 1 minute
rest 1 minute
clean and press left 5 reps

clean and press right 5 reps
rest 30 sec
clean and front squat left 8 reps
rest 30 seconds
clean and front squat right 8 reps
rest 1 minute
clean and press left 5 reps
rest 30 sec
clean and press right 5 reps
rest 30 sec
turkish getups alternating sides 10 reps
rest 1 minute
clean and press left 5 reps
rest 30 sec
clean and press right 5 reps
rest 1 minute
snatches left 8 reps
rest 30 secs
snatches right 8 reps
rest 1 minute
clean and press left 5 reps
rest 30 sec
clean and press right 5 reps

pry the pump stretch and arm circles to cool down

training notes = clients coming in early threw off my scheduled meals so I was running a little low on fuel today. Last rep of clean and presses on my left side was very difficult
