all movements done with a 53 lb kettlebell

clean and press 10 (alternating sides)

rest 40 seconds
clean and front squat 8 reps
rest 1 minute
swings 1 minute
rest 1 minute
turkish getup 10 (alternating sides)
rest 1 minute
swings 1 minute
rest 1 minute
snatches left hand 8
rest 30 seconds
snatches right hand 8
rest 1 minute
swings 1 minute

training notes = Didn’t sleep well last night so I was a bit tired today. Tired or not though the RKC will be on me before I know it and I had best be prepared.
