all movements done with a 36lb kettlebell except for pullups and jumping pushups

1 ladder done with 5 rungs supersetting pullups
and
1 ladder contralateral pistol squat and press (both sides)

1 ladder done with 5 rungs supersetting pullups
and
1 ladder ipsilateral pistol squat and press (both sides)

1 ladder done with 5 rungs supersetting pullups
and
5 sets of 5 jumping pushups

1 ladder of 5 rungs pullups

total pullup count for today’s workout is 60
