snatch testing

I wanted to see where I was compared to where I needed to be in the snatch test so I did it RKC style without having the kettlebell touch the ground, switching hands only once and with a minimum of a 1 second pause at the top of each rep. I also did not employ the technique of switching hands mid snatch. I still have to experiment with that. 48 are required for the RKC in my weight class. Today I did 43.

21 with the left side and 22 with the right

note = I was a bit tired today and was on an empty stomach which I normally don’t do so my number probably would be higher. I also didn’t go to my absolute max. If I had I would have made it but it isn’t required of me yet.
