1 ipsilateral pistol squat and press with a 35lb kettlebell per side
1 bent press with a 53lb kettlebell per side

1 ipsilateral pistol squat and press with a 35lb kettlebell per side

10 halos with a 35lb kettlebell

SUPERJOINTS

training notes = I am loving the ENTER THE KETTLEBELL program since even though it is a system and by definition is self contained it still allows me the freedom to put my favorite exercises in there. Also I still have ripped abs from the overhead pressing just like Sandow did.
