Bypullup ladders (5+10+15+20+25+5+10+15+20+25)
followed by some low intensity heavy bag work for probably around 6 minutes consisting of standard punches, kicks, knees and elbows.
training notes = very generous rest periods for the pullup ladders especially since the top rung on the ladder is 25
