By30 single handed swings (36lb kettlebell) each hand
5 clean and press (36lb kettlebell) each hand
5 pistol squats (36lb kettlebell) each hand
5 bent press each side (36lb kettlebell) each hand
5 clean and squat each side (36lb) each hand
5 crush curl and press’ (36lb kettlebell)
1 bent press (53lb kettlebell) each side
“Russian laundry” 1 full length towel and back
training notes = the only things that I really pushed the tension on were the pistol squats, the squeezing of the kettlebell during the clean and press, and the Russian laundry. I do feel like I may have been pushing myself too hard with the pullups so its time to give myself a bit more rest.
