ByYes I am training on Christmas Eve.
clean and press ladders with a 44lb kettlebell

then double clean and press with a pair of 44lb kettlebells
1 2 3 4
then swings with 15 second intervals (15 on 15 off) for 9 minutes
at the 4 minute point I changed it to one handed swings
