All exercises were done with a 53lb kettlebell

Snatches with rest periods of 50 seconds between sets

10 sets of 10 for each side (always starting on my left side since I am right side dominant)

thats 200 total snatches (thanks to Dave Whitley RKC for that program)

rest 1 minute

1 turkish getup on my left side (lunge style)

rest 1 minute

1 turkish getup on my right side (lunge style)

rest 2 minutes

40 swings

1 clean and press on each side

training notes = I was a bit tired today since I didn’t sleep well last night
