SUPERJOINTS before every workout
the following movements were done with a 53lb Kettlebell
7 clean and press each side
50 swings (hand to hand)
7 clean and squat each side
7 clean and press each side
8 turkish getups (alternating sides)
7 snatches each side
7 clean and press each side
training notes = sole of my foot was hurting since yesterday for no apparent reason. Maybe I had a cramp or something in my foot while asleep. In an effort to randomly cycle the training load and continue to make progress I drew a random card from a standard playing deck and drew a 7 of clubs. That is why all of the exercises were done in sets of 7 reps except for swings (7 is a joke for an exercise like swings) and turkish getups (I wanted to keep the numbers even)
