I bought the Tread Climber thinking it was a good concept. First of all, I had to put the whole thing together, wires and all. It definitely takes two people. Then you have to figure out the weights. Mine did not seem to work right. Now, when I called to complain about the weights, they did send me new ones right away. However, I had the same problem with the new ones. Once you have them on, they do not seem to adjust correctly. You cannot tell if you have them on No. 2 or No. 7. I would not recommend this product. And, yes, like everyone else seems to state, it is hard on the knees.”
Kettlebells, no moving parts, no confusion in how to assemble them. Ready on arrival. Not hard on the knees if you are doing it right.
Oh and the kettlebell actually delivers when you use it appropriately
