Why are people so F'ing stupid?
ByAlright in case you have no idea what I am talking about I had recently posted a video where I compare to home fat loss and muscle building programs p90x and Turbulence Training. If you didn’t catch the video here it is below
Now in this video I show quite clearly why Turbulence Training is the superior product. I mean if you can get the same results with 3 hours a week then why do 8? Maybe because they get locked in their own limited mind because they are well….stupid.
Now I have always said I can educate the uneducated but I can do nothing when people are just dumb. Read what this person said about my video.

This is an absolutley worthless video. Listen, the P90X wasn’t designed for just weight loss but to build stamina, strenght, endurance and good nutritional habits for long period of time. 3 hours of working out a week will not give you that. Think about it. If you want to lose weight TT works sure, but you will still have the flab. P90X takes that fat and tones your body. Remember, too good to be true is an understatement of this video. If you want a sculpted body, get the P90X”
What a dumbass! first of all the looks are right there…and as for performance…
You want strength, endurance and good nutritional habits then sorry pal whatever version of kenpo intermixed with high rep curls and tricep kickbacks isn’t going to do it. I want to see a p90xplorer that can go pull up for pull up with me (my max is 35 or heck if we are going for pure strength I can do it with 95lbs hanging from my waist) or press half his body weight over head with one hand or that can match Craig (the creator of turbulence training) in his bench press (I seem to remember 400lbs being his best)
and people wonder why I am angry
Did I forget to mention I don’t like stupid people?

Tell “Mr. Muscularly Confused” to do a craigslist search of P90X and see how many “for sale” post there are in his city. I got 35 here in Houston and 22 in Central New Jersey. For whatever reason, it looks like people are trying to get rid of it. Seems like PX90 is slowly going the way of the Bowflex. Sure it worked for some because they were either deconditioned, or hadn’t picked up a weight since they were holding their baby rattle. But as you and I know, plateaus will be reached very quickly no matter how hard you try to “confuse” your muscles in this style of training.
I’ve trained a lot of people that have had success using systems like P90X and have come to find out that they are weaker because of it. Where I think P90X falls short is that it only focuses on conditioning and not true strength gains. Mix in a few days of ROP C&P/pull ups w/ maybe 2 days of P90X and plenty of rest and rehab then you might have a pretty decent plan.
In my opinion, P90X is a gimmick that plays on the consumers ignorance of weight loss and strength gains.
That’s my $0.02.
Alright, well I’m gonna go do some S&C w/ my Neckline Slimmer.
